Coaching is designed to help guide you on your fitness journey by answering your fitness and nutrition questions and give you guidance based on your current fitness level and goals.
Coaching held at Spring Lake Snap Fitness or other agreed upon location.
All sessions scheduled are to be coordinated with your coach.
$25 for (1) 30-minute strength and nutrition coaching session.
$240 for (12) 30-minute strength and nutrition coaching sessions.
Initial consultation included and NOT counted as one of the 12 sessions.

$600 for (12) 60-minute workout and nutrition personal training sessions.
In person assessment and measurements consultation is included and is NOT counted as one of the 12 workout sessions.
